PTFE Ring for AMS Lite Behind A1

There are several tube savers available, but they all expect the AMS Lite to exist to the side of the A1. In my setup, the AMS Lite is behind the A1, so the structure for the tubes to pass through needs to be parallel with the bar at the top of the printer (whereas the others have the pass through perpendicular to the bar).
