Hi guys, I wanted to make this PTFE tube connector, but printed it in TPU, because I noticed excessive wear on the tubes due to the stiffness of PLA, PETG, ABS, and other similar materials. To do this, however, I had to change the internal geometries so they could perfectly match the characteristics of the TPU. After several attempts, I found the right compromise between a soft grip and a strong seal. WARNING: This is because if I had simply used the original geometries printed in PLA, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE WORKED WITH THE TPU. This helped me avoid excessive wear on the PTFE tubes, both during the natural movement of the printing process and in easily inserting and extracting the tubes from the connectors. I also made a 6-port connector just in case. I hope this helps.
