This design uses the same puffed up method as https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5996482, but it also has a border around each puffed up rectangle formed from the rectangular grid that defines the edges of each puff. That border is more easily seen in the closeup photo. This print is a 75% scale of the actual STL file; it printed in a little under 12 1/2 hours using a print speed of 130 mm/sec and layer height of 0.200 mm.
