Pull Up Bar - Door Frame Attachment

I heard about a guy who broke his back when his pull up bar came off the door, so I wanted to help prevent that from happening in the future. Feel free to distribute.

Attach to doorframe using a wood screw. I drilled a pilot hole to make sure not to split the frame.

Edit: I added a longer version as the original did not fit all of my door frames.
