This is supposed to be a small model of how a pulley works,
Print settings are whatever works for your printer, but here are my settings:
Infill = 30%
Infill pattern = Doesn't matter
Filament = PLA
Filament Temp = 120c
Bed Temp = 50c
Resolution = Standard, 0.2mm
