My bottle took a nasty tumble, and the top broke rendering it unusable. Luckily there were large enough pieces to be able to reverse-engineer it by taking measurements and model a replacement part.
Hopefully this will help others in a similar situation. Could also be used to customize the coloring. Simply pop off the OEM part and replace with 3D printed part.
Some sanding post-print may be required for improved surface finish.
