Purdue Chemistry Atom Model Fixed

The original had slicing problems in PrusaSlicer 2.3.0. When looking at the stl, there were unclosed faces of the cylinder, resulting in a slice that filled in the central portion of the emblem. This remix is nothing more than a quick fix for those faces so that it can be sliced. All credit goes to ApertureEngineering for the original model.
