Push pin hat hook with embedded pins

This is a remix of the Push-Pin hat hook by crackFinder. I liked the idea of using pins to mount the hook but I didn't like how they were visible. This has fully embedded push pins. If printed at 0.16 layer height you pause at layer 88 (right before is starts covering the hole) and insert the pins, the resume the print and the pins are hidden when finished. If you use the attached profile the pause should be built in. If you change the layer height you will have to manually add the pause at the correct layer.
