This printable push‑up bar design is built for maximum stability and safety. The parts are optimized for strong engineering filaments such as PETG, PCTG, ASA, or ABS, ensuring durability under load and long‑term use. The bars require a 35 mm wooden dowel as the main handle. Assembly is simple: use 25 mm wood screws (preferred) together with matching washers to secure the dowel firmly in place.To improve grip on smooth floors, you can glue small rubber feet to the bottom of the stands to prevent slipping. The design is intentionally open for remixes, including adaptations to imperial measurements (e.g., adjusting the hole width for U.S.‑sized dowels).
