In 3d printed RC planes from 3Dlabprint control arms are relatively thick (about 4-6mm).
I didn't want to use z-bend pushrods, so i decided to design pushrod clips.
The clips are intended for a pushrod with a diameter of 1 and 1.2 mm

Print settings (very important!)

In high temperature (min 235oC)
Without cooling of printed elements.
Slow speed (30 - 40 mm/s)
