PVC Pipe Fipple

This remix of Len Budney's fipple,

, has been enlarged to suit a 'low D' whistle with an insertion tube for 23.5mm O.D. pipe. In my case I am experimenting with using PVC tubing.
The key changes to Len's design include.
a) The ramp code has been modified to avoid interference into the bottom of the fipple.
b) All dimensions have been scaled for the 'low D' whistle.
c) A 30mm insertion tube for the pipe has been added.
As before all dimensions can be tailored to suit.
