PVC pipe frame (request)

Model is made from 1" Schedule 80 pipes and 4 way joints and Tee Joints as requested. Dimensions in attached sketch and description are unclear therefore approx scale was used. Did not understand "add round stand at the bottom of each" part, it can be added if more details would be provided.
