Pyramid puzzle

A small puzzle I have in real life - I decided to make a SCAD model of it as an exercise and hoping that someone would print it.
It has been printed by ScribbleJ with good results, photos are at http://www.flickr.com/photos/13723140@N04/5927996270/in/photostream/.
v2 has evenly spaced spheres, this improves the shape of the solved puzzle.
There are thick cylinders (parametric, default 1.5mm) through the spheres that should be connected.
There is also a set of thinner cylinders (also parametric, default 0.1mm) that keeps the whole thing together so you can keep it as a 4x5 grid of spheres (perhaps for gifts or something)
