[QIDI Tech I] Simplify3D (S3D) Settings

*2017-12-17*: Updated Start GCode Script to fix weird grinding issues involving GPX and Octoprint
*2017-11-21*: Added TPU. Updated "Start GCode Script" to fix stepper knocking issue after each print completion (when a new print starts after the last print finishes). Optimized support settings. Added skirt because nozzle wipe wasn't sufficient.
*2017-10-09*: Added non-zero "Horizontal Size Compensation" value. Without this, models with very thin walls (such as [this](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1796601) or [this](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2490893)) don't generate proper GCode.

These settings are a good starting point for those starting off with the QIDI Tech I and 3D printing. I've included the settings for:
1. ABS Dual
2. ABS Left
3. ABS Right
4. PLA Dual
5. PLA Left
6. PLA Right

These settings are **Octoprint compatible** as well.

To import the settings in S3D, go to "File>Import FFF Profile"
