This is an enclosure for the QIMSI Gold that plugs into the ROM port of a Sinclair QL. It is a very nice piece of hardware that brings your vintage QL back into the modern world. More info can be found on www.theqlforum.com and search for QIMSI. With this enclosure you still have access to the serial port and the I/O port. Standard Dupont cables will fit in the slots on either side of the enclosure. I tried to mimic the looks of the QL, designed by the late Rick Dickenson. I got the best matte results by using PLA-CF on a CryoGrip Glacier Pro build plate. The build plate that comes with the H2D leaves a shiny finish. Too shiny for my liking. The Gold part was printed with PLA Silk+. To connect the two shells you need two M3 x 10mm screws with a countersunk head. To hold the PCB in place you need two M2 x 4mm screws. See pictures. Note that the left M2 screw is very close to a resistor array. So make sure the head has a diameter of 4mm or less! On the second build plate is a tiny light
