Quad lock gimbal adapter

requires a M5 nut to be placed inside mid-print, if printed with the toothed section down and with a 0.2mm layer height you will want to add a print pause at layer 43 to do so. also requires a 22mm M4 dome-top bolt, which slides into the adapter with the slot on the hemispherical side.
