Quad Lock Wireless Charger

I wanted a cheaper alternative to Quad Lock's expensive wireless charger head to use with a Brodit Proclip in my car. I had to experiment quite a bit to find something that would work with the iPhone 12/13's reduced wireless charging distances, whilst also providing enough structural integrity to withstand the forces of attaching and detaching the phone to the quad lock. The result seems to function well, charging is reliable and nothing gets too hot.

The hole mounting pattern for the base is 30x38mm with 3.3mm holes. It is designed for the ProClip system but could be mounted on anything.

Here are the components I used:
3x M3 heat set insert
3x M3 8mm counter sunk bolts
1x M2.3 8mm self tapping screw (to secure PCB)
4x M3 10mm self tapping screw (to mount to ProClip)

To assemble, glue the coil part of the module (with the wires facing towards the Quad
