Quadcopter Challenge Entry

This design is intended to be light and easy to use, and incorporates the battery into the structure to strengthen the frame. To attach the battery simply push it into the center structure as indicated in the model and it will snap into place. Printed in Nylon - this design can be expected to weigh 23g, with max displacement of the structure to be 0.16mm under 25N vertical load. Printing time will vary printer to printer, but the Ultimaker 2.0 can print this model in just about 3 hours. Cost will also vary based on material, but using ABS or PLA should cost as little as 5$ - 15$ and the design will retain its structural stability. Design was modeled and tested in Siemens NX 11.0.
