This is a Team work, carried out by Javier Betancor Bosch (https://grabcad.com/javier.betancor-2) and María Ester Santana. The Generate Quadcopter Optimized Frame weights 20g, below the maximum required weight. The optimization has been performed using Generate software (link below). Assumed forces: - Motor Thrust: 1.17N per motor - Payload + Electronics + Battery + ESCs: 3.57 N Fixed areas for optimization: - Base of the quadrotor The allocation of the components should be as follows: - Battery: inside the frame. - Electronics: on top of the frame. - Payload: under the battery, attached to the frame with velcro. - 4 ESCs: distributed on top of each arm.
