EDIT 04/01/2014: Please check out my new quadcopter - Fearless
(thing:218726)
This is a quadcopter which I have designed from scratch for general hobby flying or FPV. Modularity was foremost in my mind while designing it and therefore everything connects together with 3mm or 5mm bolts & nuts or cable ties in the case of the battery and ESCs on the arms.
PLEASE DECIDE WHETHER YOU WILL NEED 3mm HOLES OR 5mm HOLES FOR FIXING THE QUAD TOGETHER.
The asymmetric front/back design means you can easily determine the orientation of the quad while flying, and the spread front arms mean that the props are less likely to be in shot of the camera. (The front is the end with the wider arms)
As before, I have tried to keep it as modular as possible; it should work with arms with a 25mm square arrangement of 3mm/5mm mounting holes such as those from the 'Crossfire' quadcopter by MikeyB (thing:32281) however I have designed some of my own.
The included arms should weigh abo
