Quadlock to Peak Design Adaptor

Allows to use Quadlock accessories with a Peak Design case.I remixed the two associated models to combine them into an adaptor. Only works with a Peak Design case and Quadlock accessory. I'm working on minimizing supports as they are hard to remove
