Quest 2 Elite Strap Head Piece

I liked both versions of David Navida's [Elite Strap](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4630780), but the the plastic snagged on the fabric of my standard strap.
I pulled out the tabs, including the center guides, and added loops.

Use velcro, wire ties, or whatever through the loops to help keep this attached to the strap.

I took out the middle guides as my big head needs the most strap width, so now it's fully adjustable.
