Remix of xnappo's excellent remix.
A carry handle that adds head-strap support. If you have a battery pack, it can make the backside sag quite a bit.
There are recessed holes for screws. I just screwed it into the stand, plenty sturdy.
I scaled Z up %1 to be sure I had some play and it fit well. Depending on your printer tolerances you may want to scale up Z instead of printing twice... :)
