Quick Change Sanding Blocks

This is a quick change sanding block I designed. To use this tool:
- cut the sand paper to the length described below
- place the bottom of the sanding block on the center of the sand paper
- wrap the edges of the sand paper up sides and around the top round edges
- press the tensioning block down from above, this will snap into place and tension the sand paper
To replace the sand paper:
- Slide the tensioning block out sideways
These are 3.7" long in order to use a standard 3.7" x 9" precut sand paper piece. Paper cut length for the 2" wide block is 4.5" (half sheet), cut length for the 1" block is 3.5".
This can be printed with an 0.6mm nozzle, however I recommend a 0.4mm nozzle.
