Should be print-in-place, with all the parts having a snug fit. Definitely a Torture test, with only a few mm clearance...
Named because you use a 'quick-flick' of your wrist to unsheathe the blade, and the blade is locked into place through friction... and your hand on the blunt side of the knife handle.
