Quidditch Necklace Holder

Daughter wanted something like this that was $80 dollars online. A few 1/4 inch dowels and hours of printing and she's got one for ~10 bucks including plastic and power. Stand will hold up to the 80mm rings. Smaller will likely fit better.

Added a printed jig to help align the posts vertically.
