I have re-designed this from scratch to suit the needs of a friend.
Takes 25mm (M4) threaded bolts. Also has an internal space to add some weight (M10 washers).
The blade can be reversed to provide longevity of the cutting edge and is just a standard scraper blade ($5 for 10 at Bunnings).
It is designed to cut the joining threads of a series of quilting patches, without the need to constantly pick scissors up and down.
Updated 25/7/2020: Added separate files for each part. Also added a cap for safety.
For printing purposes only three files: Cap, Front and Back. (Print the cap upside down).
