This is a basic filter for the drain pipe in a Quintrex boat live bait tank. Created to stop large objects blocking the pipe and the tank overflowing into the boat. The outlet pipe is 25mm (outside diameter) and is pushed into the outlet at the bottom of the bait tank. This filter simply slides on the top, on the outside of the pipe.
