This is a custom 3D-printed enclosure for the Huawei R4850G2 power supply module (or similar models).
It’s designed to house the module securely while providing a clean and functional interface with an OLED display, rotary encoder, and banana sockets.
I created this case as part of my Arduino-powered PSU controller project. It includes minor optimizations for screen layout and memory usage. See the links below for firmware and schematics.
Print Settings
Material: PETG recommended
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Scale: Print all covers and doors at 97% scale for proper fit and tolerance
Assembly: Covers need to be glued on during final assembly
Electronics Used
- 2.42" 128x64 OLED Display (SSD1309)
- Rotary encoder module
- Arduino Nano (ATmega328P, clone is fine)
- Huawei R4850G2 tail plug
- 2.5 mm wires
- AROIDE banana socket (60A rated or more)
