I had an old (very old) DD-4AX digital delay module that I wanted to mount in a rack with my other audio gear. The module has screws for mounting on a rack, but didn't include any rack ears.
The module is also a bit shorter than most 19" rack gear, so 'off-the-shelf' ears likely would not have worked. Solution? Design my own.
Odds are not many other people out there still have this old digital delay or need to rack mount it. However, I've included the Fusion 360 design file and also a .step file, so you should be able to modify it for your own purposes easily.
I printed this at 100% infill for maximum strength. Even so, I doubt that the plastic ears could support the entire weight of the module like a steel one could. So I recommend either putting the module on the bottom of your rack, or above some other module that could help support the weight.
You might be able to print this without supports. If you do use supports, they are small and trivial to remove.
