I needed some radiator pipe floor covers and could not find any in my taste.
This version is quick to print and easy to fit.
Diam: inner 23 mm, outer 45 mm. Height 7 mm.
Scale it to suit other sizes.
For example 27 mm = 117%, 19 mm = 83%
