This is a simple radiator knob for British old style radiator valves. The valve spindle measures 3.5mm x 7mm.
This should be printed with a tough filament, such as PETG, ABS or Nylon. Resolution doesn't matter much, but for added strenght, I would advise printing at 100% infill.
