Radiomaster TX16S EPP case handle (added M5 threads)

This is a remix of an already great design. I did not want to cut large holes in my case so I added M5 threads into the base of the handles to assist the glue in holding the handles on. I also created an alignment template that can be cut from paper to assist with aligning the hole centers.
