My printer has sometimes minor troubles with the first layer (some bleeding). This is usually no problem, but with the original radius gauge, the first layer must be perfect. Replaced the bottom sharp edge with bevels at the bottom and the top. Additonally, replaced the 10 mm with a 2 mm radius.

Three versions are available: 2-9 mm, 2-5 mm, 6-9 mm

Print settings: basically whatever you like, but first layer must be small enough for the 0.3 mm bevel (=0.2 mm or lower for first and last layer).
