Decided to try to make 3D printed small running boards for the Rad Runner instead of making them out of aluminum + wood.
Printed them with ToughPLA; first 10mm @ 80% infill, everything else @ 50% with 3 walls.
My first try was with 25% infill and it held up my daughter but failed with me. This one seems to hold up to 185lbs.
Mounted with 50mm M6 bolts and washers.
This is my first attempt at Fusion360 CAD, so it's pretty amateurish, but seems to have gotten the job done.
