Radxa X4 Extra Case V2

[Radxa X4](https://radxa.com/products/x/x4/) is single board x64 computer with Intel N100 processor. Unfortunately, there are no fully covering cases for the X4 available for purchase. So I designed cover plates to attach to the official [cooler case](https://radxa.com/products/accessories/heatsink-for-x4). The [first version](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6855124) of the case lacks cover for the GPIO, HDMI, power, and audio ports. This version allows for the GPIO ribbon cable to be routed outside the case while still fully covering the GPIO hole.
