Raingutter Regatta

This boat meets the requirements (mostly) for the Cub Scouts raingutter regatta. It needs to be between 6.5-7" long with a width no larger than 2.25" The hole is sized for a standard round pencil and I made my sail from a piece of stiff construction paper.
