Rainproof WisMesh Starter Kit Enclosures

This is an rain-proof enclosure for RAKwireless WisMesh starter kits. It comes in several versions for RAK19003 or RAK19007 Base Boards, with a clip or with a ring to hook it to a carabiner. The default 2dBi antenna of the starter kits is kept inside the enclosure. The design protects the electronics, battery and antenna from rain and water splash, but it is not fully waterproof (you cannot submerge it in water).  It does not have any display, but as Meshtastic and MeshCore devices are connected to a cellular phone over BLE, it is not absolute required.  For outdoor usage, I recommend to print it in ABS, PETG or ASA to make it resistant to heat and UV exposure. PLA is not recommended for this model.
