raise the M150 by 2cm

If you mod your M150 to link Z motors with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2900617 you need to raise the whole printer a bit (20mm is enough). You can use simple blocks of wood to do it or a rubber cubes... I designed these feet to go on to M150 Z-braces mod I'm using: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1509637
