If you mod your M150 to link Z motors with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2900617 you need to raise the whole printer a bit (20mm is enough). You can use simple blocks of wood to do it or a rubber cubes... I designed these feet to go on to M150 Z-braces mod I'm using: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1509637 (just a simple blocks with original feet "cut out of it" in thinkercad)..
The point of these are to print them in TPU or similar rubbery filament to reduce vibrations. Configure your slicer to whatever you feel good, 35% hexagon infill with 4 perimeters, 5top and 5bottom layers, works good for me but you should know your material :)
Do not waste material and print this in ABS or PLA or PETG or similar stiff material, use a cheap block of wood, lego, whatever you have lying around, stacked used credit cards, as printing this in PLA/ABS/PETG/Nylon etc etc is really waste of energy and waste of material!!! TPU or other rubber filament (whateverFlex) makes sense cause it wil
