RAM arm locking accessory shim kit

I wanted to add a locking nut on my RAM arm for my motorcycle mirrors (doubetakemirrors). The standard bolt and wing nut is standard 1/4"x20 hardware. The locking nut and bolt is 6mm with a head that is only 10mm where the 1/4" head measures 11mm between the flats. Both side halves of the arm are the same with the recessed 11mm to hold a 1/4" bolt head. Using a shim to fill the gap when the 6mm bolt is used and the filler plug on the other side supports the flat washers that go under the locking knob.
