I needed to mount a rear view monitor and tire pressure monitor (TPMS) display in my truck. This bracket fits on top of the center console, above the truck's display panel and AC vents.
- The left and right "pucks" follow the complex contour of console above the AC vents, and are taped down with double sided foam tape. No screws (my wife is happy). Print these with the top side down with support in the bar cutouts.
- A piece of 1 1/8th inch aluminum bar stock spans between the two pucks.
- The monitor and TPMS pedestals have a 10 degree taper on the bottom so that the displays face up a bit toward the driver (I'm tall). They have holes in their bottoms for a screw passed up through the aluminum bar, with a split washer to add some tension (not tight) while allowing the displays to be rotated as needed. The monitor has a slot on its back side, and I used the TPMS's mounting piece with an extra hole drilled it in for a screw into the pedestal. You'll likely need to customize
