RAM type extension with wing nut

This can be used with a 1 inch ball and there are a few good files for those. I use it to extend my combination phone charger and holder on my handlebars.
This is half of the design in the source, the other half doesn't have the hex fitting, just the bolt hole (both files are available in the source package).
I made the hex well deeper so it can hold a nut more secure (I think 3mm deeper). The wingnut is set up for a 1/4x20 1.5 in nut/bolt combination.
Props to covert for such a great design to start with.
