RAMPS-FD v2.2 Model

I built a RAMPS-FD for my Hypercube 300 (printer still under construction). To design a mounting bracket for it and the Arduino Due to be stacked underneath, a pair of models I can bring into OpenSCAD would be useful. I'm pretty sure there are models for the Arduino Due (or at least the Arduino Mega 2560), but there aren't any for the RAMPS-FD.
I updated the KiCad files a while back with all sorts of part information so I could get boards made and components ordered. I also made sure there were models for all of the components. KiCad 5 can export PCB designs to a variety of 3D file formats. STEP ended up not working well as an intermediate format on the way to STL, but VRML was easily converted to STL by https://makexyz.com/convert/wrl-to-stl.
There were some excess silkscreen lines that needed to be removed, and the pins on the voltage regulators and MOSFETs extended too far down. At first I tried using OpenSCAD to clean up the file, but it kept throwing assertions on the
