Range Hood Filter Retaining Spring

This filter spring has been custom designed for a Robinhood Grange range hood. The model number (visible once the filters are removed) is RG6BL. This filter spring may also work for other brands that use a similar design.

The original clear plastic filter springs have become brittle and broken. The service manual indicates these are made of polycarbonate. The new PETG 3D printed parts work perfectly so far. I will update this if I have any issues with them. Simplify 3D estimates the cost to be 14 cents each. Even if I have to reprint them once a year (unlikely), it will work out to be much cheaper than the $29.55 (incl. shipping
