Rangefinder for photography

Hold the card horizontally in your left hand with your arm straight.
Close your right eye.
Align the small hole in the middle left of the card with the object you want to measure the distance of.
Close your right eye and open the left eye.
The distance between you and the object is where the object line up with the small triangle.
