This is a Rank slide holder, found on military uniforms, specifically for Australian Army Cadets rank slides. I am unaware if this design is the right size for Navy or Air Force rank slides or for slides in other countries (if they have them). It is useful for keeping your slide somewhere you always know where it is and for showing off your rank to visitors, or next to your computer to remember the good times. It is a very tight fit for a rank slide, and is somewhat difficult to push it all the way down, I highly recommend that if you print this that you sand the edges and back to make it a little easier to use.
