Raskog Tube Mount

I'm repurposing an [Ikea Raskog](https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/raskog-trolley-black-90333976/) trolley into a tool cart, first off I needed to add a power strip and thought the legs were an ideal place to mount one. This is a simple mount that very firmly clips on to the pipes. I hot-glued the strip in place for now, it should hold long enough for me to figure out a better option.
