Makes
2U mounting case for 12 Raspberry Pi's, 24 SSDs, or a combination of both.
Updates:
v1: Initial design. After printing, I realized the frames and ears don't sit flush all the time.
v2: Updated the interlock mechanism so that the frames will fit together easier and hopefully flush. Removed the brace from the top of the frame so that it can be printed without supports.
v2.1: Added an additional rail slot for installing multiple SSDs into a single frame.
v3: Corrected frame height, removed 0.26mm. Overall width was ~3mm too long to fit into a standard 19" rack. Also added an additional bevel to the interlock to alleviate poor bridging. *Removed older .stl and .f3d files since they are not viable due to overall length issues*
v3.1: Corrected the frame lower interlock geometry. Added .3mf files. Orientation for the left and right ears in the .3mf files are specifically to compensate for XY skew on my Prusa Mini.
v3.2: Added cutouts to the tray and frame to accommodate an SSD ada
