Raspberry Pi 3, 2, and Model B+ case

This is the result of a couple of weeks with the caliper. Tell me if you want me to add some features or change something.

General tolerance is 0.2 mm, this can be too tight for some materials/printers. If that's the case try lowering "extrusion multiplier" in your slicer or use the files with "tol0-5" at the end.

Now also compatible with model B+
You will need to use the files prefixed "rpi3b+".
